桌上遊戲融入國小四年級英語學習扶助成效之行動研究 ; An Action Research on Effectiveness of Using Board Games in 4th Grader’s English Remedial Instruction
Abstract: 本研究旨在探討桌上遊戲融入國小四年級英語學習扶助課程方案對學生學習成效之影響。本研究採用行動研究法,進行為期八週之研究。研究期間每週進行兩節課,共計八十分鐘之課程。研究對象以屏東市陽光國小四年級參與英語學習扶助課程之五名學生為主。 本研究之研究工具包含訪談紀錄表、學習扶助科技化評量系統之篩選測驗及成長測驗、英語學習動機量表。其他質性資料收集包括教師省思札記、協同教師觀察紀錄表與錄影紀錄。 根據上述資料進行分析後,所得結論如下:一、桌遊融入英語學習扶助之課程方案實施歷程順利,皆能依方案進行。二、桌遊融入英語學習扶助使學生於學習動機注意、相關、信心及滿足四個向度中皆有顯著提升。三、桌遊融入英語學習扶助使學生於字母聽辨和書寫、字母拼讀及常用語部份有所獲益。四、桌遊融入英語學習扶助課程方案使教師在桌遊設計及教學獲得專業成長,能將所學融入其他領域。 根據上述結論,研究者提出以下建議,以提供未來相關研究人員及教育工作者參考:一、欲進行相關研究者可拉長研究期程,並致力於提升學生測驗成績之研究,亦可將桌遊融入其他領域並探討其成效。二、參加更多學習扶助及英語教學相關研習,強化班級經營方面能力,並開發設計桌遊相關教學方案,作為課程之輔助工具,發揮寓教於樂的功能。 ; The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the integration of board games into the fourth grade English remedial instruction on students' learning outcomes. This study was conducted over an eight-week period using an action research method. During the research period, there will be two classes per week, totaling 80 minutes. The research objects are mainly five students who participated in the English remedial instruction in the fourth grade of Sunshine Elementary School in Pingtung City. The research tools of this study include the interview record form, the screening test and the growth test from the project for implementation of remedial instruction-technology-based testing, and the English Learning Motivation Scale. Other data collection includes teacher reflection notes, collaborative teacher observation records and video records. Based on the analysis of the above data, the conclusions are as follows:1. The course plan of integrating board games with English remedial instruction has been implemented smoothly and can be carried out according to the plan.2. The integration of board games into English remedial instruction significantly improved students' learning motivation, in attention, relevance, confidence and satisfaction parts.3. The integration of board games into English remedial instruction make students benefit from the listening and writing of letters, spelling of letters and common words.4. The integration of board games into English remedial instruction enables teachers to achieve professional growth in board game design and teaching, and can integrate what they have learned into other fields. Based on the above conclusions, the researchers put forward the following suggestions to provide reference for relevant researchers and educators in the future:1. Those who wish to carry out relevant researchers can extend the research period and devote themselves to improving students' test scores. Integrate tours into other fields and explore their effectiveness.2. Participate in more English remedial instruction and English teaching-related studies, strengthen the ability of class management, and develop and design teaching plans related to board games, as an auxiliary tool for the course, and play the function of entertaining.
